Fitness, both physical and mental is an ever evolving entity, its not something that any one person can say that they have an always works solution for everyone. Physical wellness is something requires tailoring to individuals like a well made suit or dress, something that has so many options, without a little guidance it can be over whelming and even confusing.Â

We’ve tried to keep all of this in mind here at GYM-22, so that we can offer you products, services and solutions that fit you as an individual and meet your needs to help you improve on your physical health.Â

Our classes are currently run as small intimate groups, which allows the instructors of these sessions the luxury of meeting the varied needs of individuals without them feeling less able than others. Its something we are particularly proud of having achieved as standing out for what is deemed as the wrong reasons can be something that discourages people from attending these types of sessions. Not that we feel any attempt at improving your physical well being by attending a class or sessions should ever be seen as wrong!Â

We started these classes with a view to extend the offering over time, and we’ve built up quite a little following. Each Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday we offer small, intimate sessions covering various areas at each one.

The Sunday sessions, which usually kicks off at 10:45am, focuses on Taekwondo based fitness and Self-Defence. Allowing us to offer you a way to develop your physical fitness while also learning a way of defending yourself should you ever be in need of it (we obviously hope the situation never arises).Â

Our Wednesday (19:15) and Saturday (10:45am) sessions are focused on Calisthenics, a well rounded method of training that offers a vast array of health benefits from core strength through to endurance. This is a subject that we love, and find offers an array of ways to train, which lends itself to staying interesting without to much repetition.Â

We’ve tried to keep our prices reasonable so that they don’t break the bank, but allow us to be able to continue to offer these sessions without having to sacrifice the smaller numbers and focus on individuals. On a session by session basis, the prices ranges from £10-£15 per person, but we also offer discounts when sessions are paid in packages of 4 at a time, this ranges from £30-£50 per person.Â
