Alex’s coaching blends bodyweight calisthenics with free weight compound movements, creating a modern approach to fitness that builds strength, skill, and confidence. He thrives on helping trainees of all levels progress safely, stay consistent, and achieve goals they never thought possible.
With a background in Martial Arts and Mobility, Kara brings a unique blend of taekwondo, calisthenics, and weight training to every session. Her diverse experience across multiple fitness disciplines allows her to guide trainees not just in strength and skill, but also in movement, conditioning, and overall wellness.
