If you want extra structure outside of class, or can’t always train in person, our Pre-Built Calisthenics Programs give you a clear, progressive training plan you can follow on your own schedule.

Yes. All exercises are scaled to your ability, making our classes suitable for beginners and experienced athletes alike.

Do I need equipment?

No — our calisthenics classes focus on bodyweight training. All necessary equipment is provided.

How often should I attend classes?

Most members attend 2–3 classes per week for best results, but you can also make great progress with 1-2 classes per week. Alongside our in-person calisthenics classes, we offer Pre-Built Calisthenics Programs for those who want a structured plan to follow independently or alongside classes.

Where are the classes held?

The gym’s address is 320A Ashley Road in Poole, Dorset (BH14 9DF) but the main entrance to the gym is through Carlton Grove ( back of the main building)
