faq's
What equipment do I need?
One of the great things about calisthenics is that you don’t need much equipment to train effectively.
To get started with The Vault, all you really need is a pull-up bar. Inside the app you’ll find exercise variations and modifications so you can train even if you have limited equipment.
Over time, the most useful tools you may want to add are resistance bands, gymnastic rings,(or TRX) and a set of parallettes. These are simple pieces of equipment that can support your training for years.
Does this program help with weight loss?
Absolutely. Inside The Vault, you’ll find high-intensity and endurance-focused workouts that elevate your heart rate and help support fat loss.
What's the difference between the Vault and the Lab?
The difference between The Vault and The Lab is that with The Vault, you get dedicated support and guidance, whereas The Lab is an ongoing group coaching system. In The Lab, we cycle through 8-week calisthenics programs with homework to complete outside live sessions, which requires adherence and accountability.
What if an exercise is too easy?
We all have different strengths and weaknesses, so it is possible that you may find an exercise too easy, or too hard. For that reason, we include substitution options for all exercises in the plan, so you can scale it to your level!
Do I need to be strong or experienced to join?
Not at all. The Vault includes progressions and different exercise options, so you can choose variations that match your current level. Whether you’re just starting calisthenics or already training regularly, you can progress at your own pace.
What will I achieve with this program?
You will discover all the essential exercises and acquire knowledge about bodyweight training. As you build strength, enhance your posture, and improve mobility, you’ll also take care of your joints and tendons, preparing your body to master calisthenics skills!
What if I can't do push-ups or pull-ups?
You’ve come to the perfect place. The Vault offers step-by-step progressions to help you master these exercises. The beauty of calisthenics is that there’s a starting point for everyone, no matter your level.
Does this include leg training?
Yes, even though most of the skills in calisthenics are upper body based, we recognise the importance of lower body training! Strengthening our legs and core, will not only help us to promote overall health and prevent injuries, but will also sculpt us into a well rounded athlete!
Can I do this program if I'm 60+
Yes, you can! An other great benefit of Calisthenics training is that there is always ways to scale an exercise. You can swap to low impact options within the plan, and you can also message us if you need further help.
If you are recovering from an injury though, please check it with your doctor first, to get the green light to start this plan!
What if i need more support?
If you need more hands-on support, online coaching is the right move for you. You’ll receive a personalised program built around you and your lifestyle, with me coaching you through the entire journey.
How does the program work?
Once you’ve purchased the program, you’ll receive an email to download the app and set up your account. Log in and watch the orientation video, where I explain how the app works and which workouts and layouts I recommend. You’ll also be added to The Vault member group chat, where you can connect with others, share ideas, and celebrate completed workouts.
How do I join the live classes?
You will receive class credits each month, which you can use to book virtual classes. These classes run every Thursday at 7 PM. On your dashboard, you’ll see the classes appear, all you need to do is book to secure your spot.

“You see these things on social media, things you’d like to try, but bringing that to real life’s totally different at times isn’t it, so you need someone at times to kind of show you what that physically is and give you the confidence.”
