- Start day: the Monday after purchase
- Extras: Video Tutorial Library
You have 10 weeks to complete the program. After that, you can swap to the on-demand monthly rolling maintenance plan (which includes your current plan, workout libraries and pre-recorded classes) or upgrade to a more challenging program!
