Program Details:

This 8-week calisthenics skill program designed for beginners and early intermediates to master foundational skills, improve mobility, and build balanced bodyweight strength.
  • Duration: 8 weeks
  • Length of workouts: 35-50 minutes
  • Split: 4 days / week
  • Focus: Calisthenics Skills
  • Equipment needed: Pull Up Bar, Olympic Rings (or TRX) and Resistance Bands
  • Start day: the Monday after purchase
  • Extras: Video Tutorial Library

You have 10 weeks to complete the program. After that, you can swap to the on-demand monthly rolling maintenance plan (which includes your current plan, workout libraries and pre-recorded classes) or upgrade to a more challenging program!

Program faq's

What equipment do I need?

This program requires the use of a pull up bar, resistance bands, and olympic rings (or TRX).

Does this program help with weight loss?

This program is not designed specifically for weight loss, but depending on your current fitness level and nutrition, it could help with fat loss.

What's the difference between this, and True Beginner Program?

The “True Beginner Calisthenics Program” is designed to kickstart your calisthenics journey by focusing solely on the basics, (like push ups, squats, body rows) from scratch. Whereas Cali 1.0 is focused on learning specific skills and movements.

What if an exercise is too easy?

We all have different strengths and weaknesses, so it is possible that you may find an exercise too easy, or too hard. For that reason, we include substitution options for all exercises in the plan, so you can scale it to your level!

Who is Cali Evolution 1.0 for?

Cali Evolution 1.0 is designed for beginners to early intermediates who want structured calisthenics training without guesswork. If you can perform knee push-ups and body rows (or have completed our True Beginner Calisthenics Program), you’re ready to start.

What will I achieve with this program?

Over the 8 weeks, you’ll work toward foundational calisthenics skills such as:

  • Frog Stand & Crow Stand

  • Pistol Squat

  • L-Sit

  • Spin the Cat

Along the way, you’ll also build real bodyweight strength, joint stability, and movement control.

What happens when the program expires?

At the end of your program, you can either downgrade to “On-Demand” maintenance mode for £20/month, where your current program remains accessible whilst enjoying the benefits of extra features and workouts. Or you can upgrade to a more challenging program to keep growing, and keep evolving!

Is this program suitable if I’ve never trained calisthenics before?

Yes, as long as you meet the basic entry level. The program focuses on building foundational strength, control, and mobility, with clear progressions and regressions for every exercise.

Can I do this program if I'm 60+

Yes, you can! The beauty of Calisthenics training is that there is always progressions for every single exercise. You can swap to easier, or low impact options within the plan, but you can also message us if you need further help.

If you are recovering from an injury though, please check it with your doctor first, to get the green light to start this plan!

What if i need more guidance?

Cali Evolution 1.0 is designed to be clear and structured, but if you want extra accountability, exercise feedback, and a fully customized program, online coaching offers a high level of support to help you progress the fastest possible way.

How does the program work?

Once you’ve purchased the program, you’ll get an email to download the app, and set up your account. Log in, and familiarise yourself with the App!

Your program will start the Monday after purchase! Before then you can watch our phase explanation videos, and browse through your workouts.

All the sessions are scheduled in your calendar, but you can also move them around to suit your schedule! If you do need to make a change, feel free to do so, but try to keep the order of the routines the same.

What if I don’t have time to train 4 days per week?

No problem. The program includes a 2-day split option, allowing you to combine sessions and adjust the schedule when life gets busy.
