Starting calisthenics can be scary and intimidating at times, but we are here to guide you through every step of the way,

and show you that anyone can enjoy the art of bodyweight training. Regardless age, gender or fitness level, Calisthenics

is for anyone who wishes to explore what their body is capable of doing, and bring out their inner child with fun and exciting workouts!

Program Details:

  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Length of workouts: 30-40 minutes
  • Split: 3 days / week
  • Focus: pull ups, rows, push ups, squats, lunges, plus shoulder, and hip mobility
  • Equipment needed: olympic rings (or TRX) and resistance bands, however we included alternative exercise options for those without any equipment
  • Start day: the Monday after purchase
  • Extras: Video Tutorial Library

You have 6 weeks to complete the program. After that, you can swap to the on-demand maintenance access (which includes your current plan, workout libraries and pre-recorded classes) or upgrade to a more challenging program!

Program faq's

What equipment do I need?

This program is based on bodyweight movements, but there are some other exercises that require the use of resistance bands, and olympic rings (or TRX). Don’t worry if you don’t have these, you can still go ahead with the plan, we have included exercise substitutions (bodyweight only options) for those without any equipment!

Does this program help with weight loss?

This program is not designed specifically for weight loss, but depending on your current fitness level and nutrition , it could help with fat loss.

What's the difference between this, and Cali Evolution Program?

The “Cali Evolution Program” is designed to progress and master the basics  (like push ups and  pull ups), alongside the introduction of bodyweight skills! It stems off the “True Beginner Program”, which is designed for complete beginners, looking to build strength and learn technique.

What if an exercise is too easy?

We all have different strengths and weaknesses, so it is possible that you may find an exercise too easy, or too hard. For that reason, we include substitution options for all exercises in the plan, so you can scale it to your level!

What is a true beginner?

True beginner is someone who has never been to a gym, or has minimal experience on how to do exercises. Whether you can do a few push ups and pull ups, or none yet, this program will help you to unlock your first, or increase your current numbers.

What will I achieve with this program?

You will discover all the essential exercises and acquire knowledge about bodyweight training. As you build muscle, enhance your posture, and improve mobility, you’ll also strengthen your joints and tendons, preparing your body to master calisthenics skills!

What happens when the program expires?

At the end of your program, you can either downgrade to “App Access” maintenance mode for £15/month, where your current program remains accessible whilst enjoying the benefits of extra features and workouts. Or you can upgrade to a more challenging program to keep growing, and keep evolving!

Does this include leg training?

Yes, even though most of the skills in calisthenics are upper body based, we recognise the importance of lower body training! Strengthening our legs and core, will not only help us to promote overall health and prevent injuries, but will also sculpt us into a well rounded athlete!

Can I do this program if I'm 60+

Yes, you can! The beauty of Calisthenics training is that there is always progressions for every single exercise. You can swap to easier, or low impact options within the plan, but you can also message us if you need further help.

If you are recovering from an injury though, please check it with your doctor first, to get the green light to start this plan!

What if i need something harder?

If you can already do push ups and pull ups confidently, you are ready to level up, and start learning calisthenics skills with our Cali Evolution 8-Week Program!

How does the program work?

Once you’ve purchased the program, you’ll get an email to download the app, and set up your account. Log in, and familiarise yourself with the App!

Your program will start the Monday after purchase! Before then you can watch our phase explanation videos, and browse through your workouts.

All the sessions are scheduled in your calendar, but you can also move them around to suit your schedule! If you do need to make a change, feel free to do so, but try to keep the order of the routines the same.
