Program Details:
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Length of workouts: 30-40 minutes
- Split: 3 days / week
- Focus: pull ups, rows, push ups, squats, lunges, plus shoulder, and hip mobility
- Equipment needed: olympic rings (or TRX) and resistance bands, however we included alternative exercise options for those without any equipment
- Start day: the Monday after purchase
- Extras: Video Tutorial Library
You have 6 weeks to complete the program. After that, you can swap to the on-demand maintenance access (which includes your current plan, workout libraries and pre-recorded classes) or upgrade to a more challenging program!
