About Your Trainer, Alex

Alex is a Personal Trainer, Online Coach and Hybrid Athlete located in Dorset, United Kingdom.
His workouts are based on compound movements mixed with Spartan and bodyweight training to keep evolving in an ever-changing environment.

About Your Trainer, Kara

Kara is our 1-1 PT online trainer based in Poole, with a long background of martial arts and mobility.
 
Her training style involves elements of taekwondo, calisthenics, weight lifting, and functional cardio.
 
Experienced in endurance training, martial arts competition prep, and muscle building.
 
Being vegan and gluten-free for 8 years she’s experienced first hand the importance of nutrition for reaching goals.
