Being the founder of GYM-22, Alex has a passion and drive for fitness, after experiencing first hand the physical and mental benefits of training.
The core of his works outs are based on compound movements using Free Weight and Body Weight, he manages to meet the ever changing requirements of modern fitness.
With a background in Martial Arts and Mobility, Kara’s training style is a mix of taekwondo, calisthenics, weight lifting, and functional cardio.
Kara’s vast experience and knowledge across multiple fitness disciplines uniquely positions her to help you in any aspect from physical fitness through to nutrition and diet.
