The Fundamental Fitness Pack is designed to get you started on your fitness journey, providing you with complete training programmes: Lean in 15′ Fat Burn (8-week plan to lose body fat), Cali Evolution (8-week plan to learn calisthenics for beginners), Dumbbell Basics (8-week plan to build muscle with dumbbells only).
Complete guides for beginner Calisthenics Skills like Pull Ups, Dips, Handstand, L-sit, Crow stand, Pistol Squat!
Form and technique tutorials for free weight exercises like; Barbell Squats, Deadlifts, Shoulder Press, Hip Thrusts, Bench Press and Rows. In addition we have follow along classes and challenges for you to explore.
The Progressive Performance Pack includes all of the Fundamental Fitness features with an additional 5 complete training programmes and skill guides to advance your training to the next level. Including Cali Evolution 2.0, ( 12 week plan to build muscle with calisthenics and master the Muscle Up and Handstand Push Up) Strength Evolved (12-week plan to build pure strength with free weights) Giant 16 (16-week plan to maximise muscle gains with free weights), Hybrid Pro (12-week plan of a combination of calisthenics and free weights to build a hybrid athlete) , and Mobility Evolved. (8-week plan to improve your mobility and strengthen your weak links)

1-1 Personal Training: We offer 1-1 personal training in Poole, Dorset with the aim of helping people living a healthier life and achieving their desired physique through in person sessions.
Video Coaching: We want to make fitness available for anyone in the world therefore we offer video coaching through our gym-22 app to give you the best long distance personal training experience possible.
Online Coaching: (Ultimate Evolution Pack ) This option is perfect for those who can confidently perform most exercises but they are looking for a structured and tailored training programme with a PT that keeps them accountable.
Upon joining we are going to schedule in our first chat where we can discuss your specific goals, habits, availability, injury history, so we can design a programme that evolves with you! We will be with you every step of the way, monitoring your progress and continually updating your training to keep you accountable and on track to your goals.

Being the founder of GYM-22, Alex has a passion and drive for fitness, after experiencing first hand the physical and mental benefits of training.
The core of his works outs are based on compound movements using Free Weight and Body Weight, he manages to meet the ever changing requirements of modern fitness.
With a background in Martial Arts and Mobility, Kara’s training style is a mix of taekwondo, calisthenics, weight lifting, and functional cardio.
Kara’s vast experience and knowledge across multiple fitness disciplines uniquely positions her to help you in any aspect from physical fitness through to nutrition and diet.
